RAJON RONDO MUST BE AGGRESSIVE FOR THE REST OF HIS CAREER
After Rondo’s greatest offensive performance of his entire life in Game 2, he had no excuses left for his lack of offensive aggressiveness.Rondo passes up so many shots due to his lack of overall confidence in his shot.I must say that I'm not 100% surprised that the Celtics lost the series to Miami. But I believe from here on in, it is safe to say that the Celtic’s Big 3 will be no more. Thus, this will become Rajon Rondo’s team in 2012-13.He will have no choice but to trust his own jumpshot. If he trusts his jumpshot, he will truly become an unstoppable force.
THE STEPHEN A SMITH AND SKIP BAYLESS SHOW
ESPN has some nerve calling their current show “First Take”.The show has been taken over by the constant debating by Stephen A Smith and Skip Bayless.Skip Bayless’s job is to make outlandish predictions that drive Stephen A Smith up a wall. For instance, Skip Bayless said that Lebron James was the most non-clutch superstar of all time.I’m not the biggest LBJ fan (especially after The Decision), but that is absolutely insane.Stephen A Smith’s job is to poke holes in Skip Bayless’s argument and then boast about it repeatedly.
On the Stephen A Smith and Skip Bayless Show, both guys will eventually get into a heated debate over Tim Tebow.Skip Bayless treats Tim Tebow like he is the 2nd coming of Peyton Manning while Stephen A Smith treats him as if he was Ryan Leaf.
How can Stephen A Smith allow himself to get involved in such a lame gimmick?
THE 49ers DID NOT PURSUE PEYTON MANNING?? PLEASE
Jim Harbaugh recently came out and said that the 49ers did not pursue the great Peyton Manning.Somebody call the fire department because Jim Harbaugh’s pants may be on fire.First of all, Peyton Manning came and worked out for the 49ers in North Carolina.Secondly, if the 49ers did not pursue Peyton Manning at all, there have would been no reason for Manning to call the 49ers to inform them of his eventual decision. In addition, Alex Smith would have signed his 3 year, $24 million deal before Manning’s decision, not afterwards.
I do not know why the 49ers have to act as if their interest in Peyton Manning is a big secret. With all due respect to Alex Smith, any team that did not have a top ten QB would have been silly to not look into this deal.
Cue the Conspiracy Theorists...
